We have two room air conditioners for sale that were used for 1 month. They retail for $500+ each.
They cover approximately 350+ sf each, they are SMART units that can be connected to Alexa/Google. You can tell Alexa to turn on, up or down the air conditioning.
These vent out the window (we have the components that came with the units to vent).
Quiet operation and easy to sleep with them running on high.
