Chef Keith draws his inspiration from a 30-year career spanning Coast to Coast including top clubs like The Bridges of Rancho Santa Fe, Red Rock Country Club in Las Vegas, High Point Country Club in North Carolina and Pinnacle Peak Country Club in North Scottsdale. He is also a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation and an Adjunct Professor for the new Culinary Arts program at Yavapai College. He is very active as a mentor and a judge for the High School programs C-CAP and Pro-Start. These programs offer vocational training in Culinary Arts and scholarships for budding Culinarians.
Chef Keith brings inspired and seasonal culinary flair and precision to the guest experience. With his guidance you can look forward to a dynamic range of offerings. Chef Keith will oversee menu planning, dish design and food operations.
In his spare time Keith volunteers in conservation efforts including reintroduction of native fish species in Northern Arizona. These efforts are fueled by his passion for back country fly-fishing.
Keith has four children, two grown daughters Ana and Maria as well as two teenage sons Bryce and Shane.
