Champions Club 2026
Become a Champion for our community. The Forest Highlands Foundation Champions Club recognizes individuals whose generosity helps
create meaningful and lasting impact throughout the greater Flagstaff area.
A minimum cash donation of $5,000 made by December 31, 2026, qualifies for Champions Club membership. Members are honored at a special recognition dinner and receive permanent recognition on the Champions Club plaque in the Canyon Clubhouse.
Please note: Contributions toward the Forest Highlands Foundation Pro-Am Golf Tournament,
preferred seating, and auction purchases do not count toward Champions Club membership.
Other Ways to Give
If you prefer not to donate by credit card, the Forest Highlands Foundation also accepts donations through the following methods:
> Check: Mail or drop off a check at the Forest Highlands Administration Office payable to Forest Highlands Foundation. If your donation is intended for a specific fund, initiative, or memorial gift, please indicate the designation in the memo line. Mail to 2425 William Palmer, Flagstaff, AZ 86005.
> Member Account: Charge your donation to your Forest Highlands member account by visiting the Foundation page on our member website. Click Member Login on the top right of this page to get started. Hover over the HOA tab and select FH Foundation from the drop down menu. Scroll to the donation form.
> Donor Advised Fund (DAF): Recommend a grant to the Forest Highlands Foundation through your Donor Advised Fund using our EIN: 93-3877068.
