Forest Highlands is a full, four-season destination for weddings and special events, where each season brings its own natural beauty and sense of occasion. Backdrops include towering pine trees, richly colored landscapes, serene winter scenes, and sweeping views of the San Francisco Peaks.

Ceremonies
We have several gorgeous outdoor locations to choose from. Our elegant Canyon reception room has floor-to-ceiling windows and a large wrap-around patio with furniture and ceiling heaters so in the case of inclement weather guests can still enjoy being outside.
Event Dining & Experiences
Our venues offer the flexibility to host everything from relaxed cocktail receptions to elegant seated dinners. Select packages include experienced service professionals, customized reception menus, and a dedicated team to help guide every detail of your event.
Our celebrated culinary team creates exciting, modern cuisine designed to delight both the eye and the palate. Menus can be customized to reflect your preferences and the style of your gathering, and our talented pastry department can design a custom cake or an artfully curated dessert display to complete your celebration.

As a destination MC, I’ve seen many venues and worked with a variety of staff, and can say that the wedding/event team at Forest Highlands is among the best! During our preparations for our clients’ wedding, we were in constant communication and made the necessary adjustments that fit our clients’ desired event. Due to our consistent communication, we already had a positive rapport, and it carried into the event days. As a destination MC, I’ve collaborated with many venue teams (and other event professionals), and can safely say that Karen and Tanner are among the best! Can I bring in my own food and alcohol?
I want my event outdoors but realize the weather in Flagstaff is unpredictable and I want my guests to be comfortable. Suggestions?
We have outdoor facilities for the ceremony and cocktail hour, then a beautiful reception room that has a wrap-around patio to give your guests an indoor/outdoor feel.
Can I have all of my event outside?
Are there hotels close to your venue?
Do you have shuttles to take guests back to their hotel after the reception?
Yes! We offer a complimentary shuttle service.

About Flagstaff
Flagstaff is conveniently located along I-40 and I-17 in the northern part of Arizona. Out-of-town guests can take advantage of the many hotels in close proximity to the venue. Flagstaff is one hour from the Grand Canyon and 30 minutes from Sedona, or if guests want a more local experience Forest Highlands is located minutes away from historic and vibrant downtown Flagstaff where they can enjoy unique shops, local breweries, and thriving art community.
