Ceremony
We have several gorgeous outdoor locations to choose from. Our elegant Canyon reception room has floor to ceiling windows and a large wrap around patio with furniture and ceiling heaters so in the case of inclement weather guests can still enjoy being outside.
Reception
Our venues have the capacity to accommodate your guests in a relaxed cocktail environment, or in a stunning sit-down spread. Included in the various packages are experienced, professional service staff, personalized reception menus, and a friendly, flexible team to assist you with guiding your way to the perfect day.
We are proud to offer the services of our very talented and celebrated culinary team. We offer exciting, modern cuisine which entertains the eyes and taste buds with entrée selections that are truly unique and creative. We will be happy to discuss your favorites and customize your wedding menu to suit your personal tastes. We also have a talented pastry department that can create a beautiful wedding cake based on your desired design, or create an entire dessert table of assorted treats.

She makes everything so easy and effortless from the planning perspective, which is necessary in our busy atmosphere. We have used Forest Highlands for several work events including Holiday Parties with about 100-200 people and smaller scale events with about 80. Chef Eddie has created amazing dishes for all to enjoy and has been very accommodating for all food preferences. The staff on location are also very polite and helpful. About Flagstaff
Flagstaff is conveniently located along I-40 and I-17 in the northern part of Arizona. Out-of-town guests can take advantage of the many hotels in close proximity to the venue. Flagstaff is one hour from the Grand Canyon and 30 minutes from Sedona, or if guests want a more local experience Forest Highlands is located minutes away from historic and vibrant downtown Flagstaff where they can enjoy unique shops, local breweries, and thriving art community.
