Guest Information & Access Guidelines

We’re thrilled to welcome you to Forest Highlands—a private, member-owned community nestled in the beautiful pines of Northern Arizona. Whether you’re visiting family or enjoying a relaxing getaway, we hope your experience is as exceptional as the setting.

To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit, please take a moment to review the important guest access guidelines below:

Guest Cards Are Required

All unaccompanied guests must have a valid Guest Card on their person at all times when using Forest Highlands facilities. These cards help us maintain a secure and welcoming environment for everyone.

Important Notes:

  • All Guest Card requests require at least 48 hours’ notice and must be submitted by the sponsoring Member through the members.fhgc.com HOA page.

  • Guests must always carry their Guest Card and present it upon request.

  • All purchases must be billed to the sponsoring Member’s account. No cash, checks, or personal credit cards are accepted from unaccompanied guests.

  • Guest Cards are non-refundable, and additional usage fees may apply for recreational facilities and programs.

  • The Club reserves the right to limit guest access to prioritize Member enjoyment.

There are two types of Guest Cards:

1. Immediate Family Guest Cards

For children and grandchildren of members, ages 25–34, and their spouse/partner.
Eligible for:

  • A Summer Long Family Guest Card

  • A Single Use Card (1 week or 1 month)

With a valid card, Immediate Family Guests may use most Common Area Facilities unaccompanied (with a few exceptions like golf), bring one non-family guest, make day-of dining reservations, and use the Fitness Center after 10AM.


Note: Friday Night Cooldown Parties and golf course access have restrictions. Please review the rules (link above). 

2. House Guest Cards

For extended family and friends aged 35+.
Available as:

  • Single Day

  • One Week (7 days)

  • Two Weeks (8–14 days)

With a valid card, House Guests may access Common Area Facilities unaccompanied, with some restrictions on dining hours and guest privileges.
Dining rooms are unavailable to House Guests on Fridays and Saturdays from 5–8PM (Memorial Day–Labor Day), unless accompanied by a Member.
