Carole Eisner

Carole graduated from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York with a degree in Business Administration. She’s spent most of her professional career holding various roles with increasing responsibility in the Pharma and Biotech industries. Carole is currently working at KalVista Pharmaceuticals, a biotech start-up, as Sr. Director of National Accounts, ensuring that patients have access to the company’s rare disease medications.

Carole has a mindset of doing meaningful work and giving back to the community and started her Forest Highlands volunteer work in 2023 serving on the Grants Committee.

During her off hours, Carole and Les love to travel and Carole is trying to improve her golf game. She used to ride, breed and show Arabian horses and their two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Dexter and Kobe and her fur babies and they’re spoiled rotten.

Carole and her husband Les, now a retired Ophthalmologist, became Forest Highland residents in 2003 while still living in Greenwich, CT, and moved out to Arizona full time in 2005. They will soon be splitting their time between Forest Highlands in the summer and Henderson NV in the winters.
