Kathy Haake retired after a 40-year+ career in Human Resources (HR), finishing her career as the Human Resources Executive for SRP. Her expertise includes leadership development, employee engagement, total rewards management, workforce planning and sourcing, coaching and mentoring, and top management consultation.
Kathy served on nonprofit boards for 35 years in social services, arts and culture, healthcare, and municipal government. In retirement, she volunteers for Arizona Town Hall, serves on the HR Committee of the Heard Museum, chairs a book club of former colleagues, and has way too many hobbies. Kathy is currently in her 3rd year on the FHF Board and chairs the Grants Committee.
She has been married to her husband, Mike, for 50 years and loves keeping track of their 8 nieces and nephews, their spouses, and their 9 (so far) great nieces and nephews.
