Phyllis Banucci served as Director of Human Resources and Organization Development for 20 years at a semiconductor technology company in Connecticut. Now retired, she serves as a Trustee of Beloit College, a small private liberal arts school in Wisconsin, and for the past 18 years as a director on the board of Family Promise of Greater Phoenix. Family Promise serves homeless families with children to get back on their feet and find employment, schools, affordable childcare, and housing.
Phyllis and her husband, Gene, have spent the summers in Forest Highlands for 3 years. She joined the Forest Highlands Foundation Board last year and looks forward to learning more about the Foundation’s work to assist agencies in Flagstaff.
