Wendy retired from full-time employment in 2021 after a 40-year career in market research and strategy. She has a wealth of experience in consumer and business issues for the financial services industry amassed over a career working in, and consulting with banks. Wendy’s personal interests translated into a passion for working with clients in the non-profit, education, and health and nutrition sectors.
Wendy has a long history of community involvement, serving on the boards of the Rosson House, the University of Arizona Phoenix Alumni Group, and Touchstone Behavioral Health. In addition, Wendy has volunteered as an Oasis Reading Tutor and was a youth mentor at New Pathways for Youth. She is currently a member of Valley Leadership (Class XI), the Junior League of Phoenix, and The Board of Visitors (BOV), having served in many leadership capacities, including chairman of the Grants and Long Range Planning Committees, and co-chairman of the BOV’s 100th Anniversary.
A native Phoenician, Wendy graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Marketing.
Wendy and her husband, Will, became members of Forest Highlands in 2021. However, they have been frequent visitors to Wendy’s parents’ home on Bear Howard for the past 34 years, and in fact, were married in the backyard of the family home in 1992!
Wendy & Will enjoy pickleball, golf, and swimming and look forward to being active participants in the Forest Highlands community.
